Faster access to bestselling collections

We now deliver our quality wool, wool-rich and polyester carpets in just a matter of days, giving retailers across the UK faster access to our most popular collections when they need them most.

Focused on combining premium carpet collections with exceptional customer service, we’ve reduced delivery lead times to under five days, marking a significant step forward in our commitment to supporting independent flooring retailers.

Increased UK stockholding

Thanks to a substantial increase in UK stockholding, we can now offer competitive lead times across a wide selection of our bestselling ranges, helping retailers meet growing consumer expectations for faster turnaround times.

“Improving our service has been our priority,” says Richard Moore, Commercial Director. “We understand how important speed and reliability are for our retail partners, so we’ve invested in increasing UK stock levels and strengthening our distribution. As a result, we’re now able to supply cut lengths from our most popular collections in less than a week through Alliance Flooring Distribution, providing retailers with a dependable service they can rely on.”

Supporting retailers online

We’ve also enhanced our customer experience online with a redesigned website and a free sample service, helping consumers make confident flooring choices from the comfort of home. The website’s retailer locator also makes it easy for shoppers to find their nearest independent Causeway Carpets stockist.

Premium showroom displays

In-store, retailers can choose from either the Compact Display Unit or the Multi Display Unit, tailoring their showroom presentation to suit their customer base. Finished in premium wood veneer and featuring the brand’s distinctive blue and gold identity, the display units reinforce Causeway Carpets’ premium positioning while creating an attractive and professional retail environment.
